1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 388min ("388min", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 388min website at 388min.net, all subdomains, the sportsbook, casino, live dealer, crash games, and all other services provided under the 388min brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and the 388min Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

388min reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 388min will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a 388min account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person, and you will not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 388min Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 388min or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

388min reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 388min Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the name, contact details, or payment method used, will be merged or closed at 388min's sole discretion, and any bonus funds or winnings accrued through the duplicate account may be voided.

3 Account Management

Upon successful registration, 388min will create a player account in your name. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.

You agree to notify 388min immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. 388min will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

388min may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Temporarily suspend your account for security verification or investigation purposes;
• Apply transaction limits, wagering limits, or withdrawal holds pending the completion of identity or source-of-funds verification;
• Permanently close your account if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Withhold balances pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or money laundering.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per month, applied until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

388min supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT TRC20 transactions, which are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. 388min does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. 388min aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended in cases where identity verification is pending or where enhanced due diligence checks are required.

You acknowledge that:

• All funds deposited into your 388min account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 388min reserves the right to require proof of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit or withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing verification step prior to withdrawal.
• Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute filed with your payment provider in relation to a 388min deposit will be treated as a fraudulent act and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

388min offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded. Game contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum bet permitted while bonus funds are active is PKR 500 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds remain in your account may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stipulated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any strategy deemed exploitative at 388min's sole discretion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of related winnings, and possible account termination.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless 388min expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.

388min reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retrospectively altered in a manner materially disadvantageous to players who have already commenced meeting the stated requirements.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 388min Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between the game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specify a more specific and directly applicable provision.

388min's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. 388min does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round:

• If the game round cannot be completed, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a display error while the underlying game engine recorded a different result, the game engine result shall be the authoritative outcome.
• 388min will not be liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Sports betting wagers are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body for the applicable sport. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with 388min's sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In-play bets accepted after the official result has been determined — due to data feed delays — will be voided.

7 Responsible Gaming

These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks, and permanent self-exclusion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388min Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, 388min reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, void all associated wagers and winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of another person's account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or facilitating money laundering through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or game code;
• Using the Platform to commit fraud, including through the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or exploiting pricing errors in the sportsbook odds;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 388min Platform — including but not limited to the 388min brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 388min or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in 388min's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 388min. Game content provided by third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and Evolution Gaming) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by 388min under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388min and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data;
• Losses resulting from game outcomes, including losses on sports bets or casino wagers;
• Any third-party conduct on or affecting the Platform;
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by payment providers.

388min's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 388min account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 388min makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though 388min takes all reasonable technical steps to maintain platform availability and security.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

388min collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

388min will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required for the operation of the Platform (such as payment processing and identity verification), where required by law or regulatory authority, or where you have provided explicit consent. All personal data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

12 Amendments to These Terms

388min reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — 388min will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388min holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and 388min arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 388min reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm.

For disputes relating to individual game outcomes or transaction discrepancies, players must submit a formal complaint to 388min support at [email protected] within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period will not be entertained.
